Secretary's Report:

1. Last month’s minutes were read by Gabi
2. Motion to approve by Gary seconded by Brandi and approved with minor changes

Treasurer's Report:

1. Sent payment of $75 for Duluth Pride.
2. Deposited $37.50 from GAB to share booth.
3. $3,907.89 in account

Film Fest Committee Report:

1. Mark your calendars!!! The next film festival will be April 18 and 19, 2008
2. Keep your eyes open for new movies and money sources

1. The number of visits to the web site is steadily increasing. In June 2006 there were 1435 total visits. In May 2007 there were 1673.
2. Jerry is going to update the format and content.

Advisory Committee Report:

• Advisory committee did not meet

Old Business:

Duluth Pride

1. All day festival Labor Day weekend Saturday.
2. We have not received any confirmation or paper work from the Pride committee, but it is safe to assume that all is well.
3. Hours for the booth will be from 10 – 7. Shawn and Jerry will take the first shift and set up. Everyone else at the meeting volunteered to take shifts also. Thomas and Gary will ask GAB members to volunteer. The final schedule will be set at the August meeting.
4. We need to bring the tent, banner, and business cards. Gary has the leftovers from last year and will email a list of what was still in the box.

New Business:

1. GAB proposes to OUT that we take over their phone line. It costs around $35 a month because of the ad in the yellow pages. They get calls from people not connected to the internet and it is mostly a referral service. They usually get a couple of calls per month. We will discuss it again in August, so think about it.

Announcements:

1. 1. GAB potluck will be July 22 at Gary’s. It starts at 2 and we eat at 5. As with all GAB potlucks everyone is invited.
