Secretary's Report:

Treasurer's Report:

1. Pride donations for bracelets: $59.75
2. New Balance: $2,379.96
3. $300 discrepancy in our favor…Sarah must review with Brandi
4. Sarah, Rachel, Brandi and Jerry still have to schedule transfer

Marketing:

1. Logo redesign / Website design: Andrew has ideas for St Cloud logo redesign and some ideas to bring more traffic to the St Cloud OUT website—would like to discuss further w/Jerry—Andrew said he would email Jerry about it—will discuss further at October meeting
2. “Out and Proud in St Cloud” TShirts: GAB members at Duluth Pride and most St Cloud OUT members got TShirts—Sarah brought remaining TShirts back to SCSU LGBT Resource Center; will give list of St Cloud OUT member names to Heidi in case they still want to pick up a TShirt. Sarah also expressed concerns about the TShirt project, as she wants to distribute/sell TShirts to the off-campus community as well…Sarah will meet on Wednesday to discuss this further with OutLoud; people can email their marketing ideas to Sarah so she will have more ideas to share on Wednesday

Film Fest Committee Report:

1. First Film Screening: Sarah volunteered her living room for the first film screening session—it will be potluck as well—date/time scheduling will happen over email
2. Rachel still on the lookout for “Whisper Leigh”; reminded the group that it is missing and to keep looking…

Outreach / Social Activities:

1. St Cloud OUT Jubilee for fall—potentially for Saturday October 10 or Sunday October 11. Would most likely be at Lake George again. Rachel will meet with PFLAG on Monday 9/14 to see if it will conflict with their October 11 event, then contact the group via email

2. PFLAG: Discussion of October 11 PFLAG Partners Anniversary event at the United Church of Christ 2-4…dessert and coffee will be provided…all couples are welcome to attend to celebrate their love and commitment for one another
   Troy informed the group that the OUTside the Lines group for 13-17 year olds had their first two sessions, and he may need adult volunteers to assist in facilitating the group...Troy also informed us of The Village’s upcoming Mind over Mood Group, a 14 week group to help LGBT individuals change negative thinking patterns…flyers were distributed…cost for Mind over Mood is $280 but may be covered by your employer’s EAP plan…call Waneta at 320-253-5930 for class dates and to sign up.
   Calendar and Yahoo! NewsGroup for non-St Cloud OUT events: Troy also inquired about posting walk-in counseling groups that take place at the Village on the St. Cloud OUT calendar, and also if St. Cloud OUT could set up alerts for walk-in support groups on the Yahoo! NewsGroup. Troy would give Joe the list of counseling sessions to post on the calendar, and we would discuss the Yahoo! NewsGroup issue further at the October meeting.
   New member Barbara from Tech High School said GSA at Tech not active yet…

Duluth Superior Pride Committee Report:

1. Tom K. said that many people signed up for more information about St. Cloud OUT / GAB…people were surprised that St. Cloud had a group…those people who wore the “Out and Proud in St. Cloud” TShirts got a very positive response, and many people wanted a shirt
2. Upcoming Prides: Weekend 9/12-9/13: Mankato Pride and Black Pride (Twin Cities)
