Secretary's Report:

1. Last month's minutes read by Ozzie. Thomas was added to the present list on the minutes.

Treasurer's Report:

1. Outfront said that we do not need to maintain a minimum balance.
2. Only $33 was spent on Pride expenses. We will print up more business cards with web address.

Funding/Grants/Fundraising Committee Report:

1. None

Pride Committee Report:

1. Take down shift is still open. Shawn and Jerry would do in case of an emergency.
2. Gary and Joel are setting up.
3. We are all set.
4. Where in the park is the booth? Ask Jerry to post.
5. Please remind booth staffers to look at guidelines.

Resource Committee Report:

1. Website hosting has been renewed for 2 years.
2. Web site statistics for the month of: May

Advisory Committee Report:

• Advisory committee did not meet

Old Business:

1. Brainstorming- Advisory committee will organize them.
2. Big Gay Garage Sale will be the 2nd weekend of August. Brandi and Gabi will host and Thomas will haul items. Committee was formed with Brandi, Gabi, Jerry and Linda as members.
