Treasurer's Report:

1. Brandi gave an end of the fiscal year report that included detailed reports about all income and expenses for the year, including the film festival.
2. Account balance $2712.66
3. subtract $153.50 for Network Solutions
4. add $25 for film fest ad
5. still waiting for one ad payment
6. Total is $2584.16

Funding/Grants/Fundraising Committee Report:

1. Nothing to report

Film Fest Committee Report:

1. The committee met for a potluck to decompress after the film fest.
   Attendance was disappointing which led to a discussion about film festival relevance and the feeling of community in St. Cloud.
2. We also talked about the need to have a hook to bring people in to next year’s show. Student movies were suggested.

Duluth Superior Pride Committee Report:

1. Nothing to report

Old Business:

1. The Outloud activist group on campus is putting on a T shirt campaign based on the “Gay Fine By Me” T- shirts. Theirs will say “Out and Proud in St. Cloud”. The idea is that groups fund buying the shirts and then they are given away during the first week of the the semester on campus and in the community. Then on a set date everybody wears them. They are asking us to support them by sponsoring 50 shirts. They are also asking GAB. Brandi moved and Rachel seconded to purchase 50 shirts for $242.50. It was approved by all.
2. Isolde won a Rainbow Pride Award at SCSU for Outstanding Faculty Member for her work with the Film Fest. Congratulations!!

New Business:

1. Nominations for facilator: Gary nominated Rachel. We voted and it was approved by all.
2. Nominations for treasurer: Brandi nominated Sarah. Isolde was also nominated, but said no thanks. We all voted for Sarah.
3. CONGRATULATIONS TO RACHEL AND SARAH!
