Film Fest Committee Report:

1. Money -- Brandi
   • Only $1000 down
   • If ticket sales are good we could break even
   • Ad income -- $850 in so far; still $250 to come in
   • Expenses -- advertising and printing within approved budget.
   
2. Advertising and marketing -- Andy
   • SC Times will interview Dr. Bradley and publish it in the Life section
   • We will have an ad in the Up Next for $350
   • Brainstorming other ideas including MPR and list serves from Women of St. Cloud and the Wright County group/
   
3. Logistics discussion
   • Sarah and Rachel will introduce the films Saturday and Sunday
   • Discussed what Dolly the MC and Greg from Pfund should say in the introductions -- Brandi will type something up.
   • Pioneer Place have all of the films to check to see if they work in their machines.

1. In May the current chair and treasurer will have fulfilled their terms. It is time to elect some new people. Jerry will send out a notice to the newsgroup.
