1. Our balance is $2129.08.
2. LGBT resources sent in the money for one of the movies. BIG BIG thank you.

Marketing:

1. Nothing to report

Film Fest Committee Report:

1. Weekend of April 17 -- Band on Friday, Movies on Saturday.
2. Band “Far from Falling” on Friday has strong gay fan base in the Cities and has own press. Pioneer Place is paying for the band and we are getting Film Fest exposure.
   • Doors open at 7 pm, Music at 7:30
   • Movies “She’s a Boy” and “Hollywood Je T’aime”
   • Doors open at 6:30, Films at 7:30
   • Tickets -- $8 in advance $10 at the door for each night
3. Publicity
   • Andy has made the flyer and poster.
   • Sarah is writing an article on transgender issues to send to the SC Times
   • Next year is Tenth Film Fest!! Question to ponder: take a year off next year and plan something huge? Use the time to focus on fundraising and consider moving it closer to Pride
4. Advertisements
   • Two confirmations so far.
   • Please sign up to contact our former advertisers and use the wiki.
   • Deadline March 1 for check and March 15 for ads.
5. Sign Language Interpreters
• Big discussion about whether or not to have them. Our regular interpreters are not available. We will make a decision next month based on availability and cost.

Outreach / Social Activities:

1. Out and Proud week at SCSU week of 3/14 educational programs, flag raising, artist, closet project, food
2. Other SCSU events
   • Drag Show 4/22 -- Sarah is performing!
   • Diversity Task Force is asking the community how SCSU can connect better with the community and with each other. They are conducting focus groups.
   • They are setting up an SCSU Welcome Center at the Fifth Avenue Live complex. It will include an office for community engagement.
3. Elemental Health had an event at the Public Library during no name calling week.They showed a brief film and had a discussion.
4. GAB potluck 2/20
5. St. Cloud Pride is having a fundraiser 2/25 at PJs in Sartell
6. STARS and Queerheartland.org
7. Christopher introduced a new organization targeting 13-21 year olds. It serves the four county area. It has online resources and is meant to heighten conversations
8. Also discussed making OUT meetings more social. Possibly having a social time and then a business meeting. Think about it.

Duluth Superior Pride Committee Report:

Resource Committee Report:

1. Usage stats: 400-500 visitors per month. 275 -350 unique visitors per month.
2. Someone wants to advertise on the website. We discussed details including how long of a contract, where it should be on the site, etc. Rachel will give the interested party Jerry’s contact info.
3. Web ideas were then discussed including, pictures/video to post, pictures of gay friendly businesses, personals, fundraising ideas, forum, suggestion box, and surveys.
