Mission Statement: St. Cloud OUT serves the needs of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Allied (GLBTA) community in the tri-county St. Cloud area. We provide solidarity and support to area GLBTA organizations, foster communication among the various groups, support initiatives undertaken by members of the GLBTA community and inform the general public about the GLBTA community.
